Returns and refunds policy

Returns/exchanges

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items only. Due to obvious hygienic reasons, only items that are unused and in the same condition and original packaging in which you received them can be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can start your return or exchange by sending a message through the contact form below. Due to limited quantities for some items, we cannot guarantee an exact exchange but will do our best!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Refunds

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, please notify us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund, stating the product concern, using the form below.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email or the contact form on the home page. 

Shipping

Please use the contact form on the homepage so that we can provide you with a shipping address for the returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
